Active Global Stretching is an original method of stretching which differs from classic stretching by taking into account the globality, breathing, stretching of the muscle in the 3 planes of space, the correction of compensations, the contraction of the muscle in its position of eccentricity. This way of stretching was born from the RPG of which it respects all the principles. It is applied in high-level sport. This 3-day training gives the ability to lead groups with respect to these rules.
